mb/lenovo/x220: Select DRIVERS_OPTION_CFR_ENABLED

Browse source 
Automatically use the CFR driver when EDK2 payload and SMMSTORE
are enabled. Selects the UEFI variable option backend by default
when SMMSTORE is enabled.
