rambi: enable HDA device

The HDA device needs to be enabled so HDMI can
get audio on its interface.

CQ-DEPEND=CL:176293
TEST=Built and booted with kernel changes to handle
     baytrail hdmi codec. Benson confirmed sound
     does come through hdmi.
