mb/google/brya: Set SYSTEM_TYPE_MINIPC for brask baseboard boards

Browse source 
Brask devices are all Chromeboxes, so select SYSTEM_TYPE_MINIPC to
ensure the SMBIOS enclosure type is set correctly.
