haswell boards: fix SATA interrupt in ACPI

SATA is routed to PIRQG which should be interrupt 22
and not interrupt 21.  The kernel uses MSI with this
device so this is only seen when booting with pci=nomsi

TEST=manual: boot kernel with pci=nomsi
