UPSTREAM: mb/ga-945gcm-s2l: Fix resume from suspend

Checking for memory self refresh can generate false positives,
as explained in faa6beb: "northbridge/intel/i945:
CHECK_SLFRCS_ON_RESUME Kconfig option".

This seems to be the case for this motherboard.

TESTED on ga-945gcm-s2l.
