mb/google/octopus: Add MKBP support

Browse source 
Add MKBP support for octopus devices, so that vivaldi keyboard works for
devices running upstream coreboot and MrChromebox ECRW firmware.

TEST=build/boot google/ampton, verify vivaldi keyboard mapping
functional under both Linux and Win11.
