treewide: Move "is part of the coreboot project" line in its own comment

Browse source 
That makes it easier to identify "license only" headers (because they
are now license only)

Script line used for that:
  perl -i -p0e 's|/\*.*\n.*This file is part of the coreboot project.*\n.*\*|/* This file is part of the coreboot project. */\n/*|' # ...filelist...
